I drove my vehicle 5 miles and turned it off. When I went to start it 10 minutes later the key will not turn more than an inch. The steering wheel does not appear to be locked. If I attempt to press the brake I am met with resistance and I am unable to shift into gear. I have had the entire dash, instrument cluster, and key/tumber assemply replaced within the last year. The mechanics feel different this time. What am I dealing with now?
