1997 Chevy Cavalier fan dont work

some times it works some times cant tell the fan is on. need to know where it is so can fix it. fan that blows out air for ac and heat. want to replace it soon will need air flow to use defroster this winter too thanks robert

It should be under the dash, passenger side. Probably a sound insulator that has to be removed to get at the motor.

It's located under the dash on the passenger side.
