Recently while i was driving, my EXT LAMP fuse blew. I replaced the fuse and i had no problem for about 2-3 weeks until the fuse blew again. Now every time i replace it, it continues to blow as soon as i turn my lights on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have a short in the wiring. I would start by checking all wires for park lamps ans tail lamps. Look for wires that are exposed and touching the frame.
