1997 Chevy Cavalier Automatic

I have a 97 Chevrolet Cavalier that needs a new water pump. I was wondering if the engine had to get pulled out in order to access the water pump and roughly what it would cost for it to get repaired.

you should not have to pull the engine. i would say around 300-400 dollars depending on the shop to have it done
