1997 Chevy Cavalier 2003 Cavalier enging into a 1997?

1997 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i have a 1997 and a 2003 chevy cavalier and i want to take the engine out of the '03 and put it into the '97. the only problem see is the wireing harness is different. would i be able to take the '97 harness and put it on the '03 before i make the swap?

i dont think so, but if you call your local dealer they can tell you what the difference is
