I guess your saying, the blower motor works ok? Plenty of air coming out the vents?

With the engine warmed up and idling, and the heater controls turned on, you might feel of the heater hoses under the hood, see if they're both hot. If one is and the other isn't, you would suspect a circulation problem through the heater core.

You would also have to consider a heater control valve where applicable.
