1997 Cavalier

Around 96k miles. 5-speed

I am having a problem with the dash cluster lights. The dash cluster and ignition coil wires have been changed. So far over $500.00 worth of work and to no avail.

the dash lights go on and off while going down the road. Even get a ringing sounds as if the key is turned while the car is off with the door open. Also the temp gage goes crazy.

seems to act up the most when I hit the brakes/clutch. Wouldn't be a problem but the brakes act funny, like dont stop correctly on 2 occasions along with headlights randomly turned off on one occasion. In desperate need of help. Thanks alot,
