We believe that we bought a car that is having problems with the ETS. We understandit has to do with transmission's adn am wondering how much a 'fix' would cost. Thanks for your time.

ETS problem could be as simple as a bad/loose wheel connector, or as bad as the traction control module.

Take to trusted garage and have system scanned for any error codes ("C" chassis, or "B" body codes).

This is a good starting point.
