Engine problem
1996 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 123.00 miles

My 96 cavalier is really reving when I start it up.Its also sputtering and stinks.
when I first start it, it revs high, then kicks down a little.then when I give it gas it totally revs out, like its going to blow-up

check gas pedal cable route
do you have check engine light on
if so scan and let me know the code s
