1996 Chevy Cavalier Has knock in engine, sounds like spun b

Took valve cover off, was taking apart the rocker arms and broke the rocker stud nut. Any advice how to remove stud? Tried vice grips did not work.

you may have to drill it out. at that point i would suggest having a machine shop perform that to make sure it is in straight
