1996 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

WHEN EVER I TRY TO START MY CAR, IT WILL NOT TURN OVER, AND I ALREADY REPLACED THE BATTER, AND THE STARTER, SO WHAT SHOULD I DO.

get a test light and test to see if there is power to the solinoid wire on the starter. Let me know what you find out and ill see what i can do to help
