1996 Chevy Cavalier clutch problems

Transmission problem
1996 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

Replaced slave cylinder bled all air, and pedal still wont hold pressure. Pump it a couple times fast and it works. Push it down slow and there is no pedal.
Was wondering what could possibly be the problem, thanks for any help

No leakage, replace the clutch master cylinder its leaking thru internally
