HOW DO I FIX THE HORN IN MY CHEVY CAVALIER, IT WONT BLOW AND IVE TRIED CHANGING THE FUSE AND IT STILL WONT BLOW. WHEN I PRESS ON THE HORN I HEAR A CLICK SOUND IN THE DISTANCE

I have a 1999 Cavalier with the same issue and I believe the issue has to do with the Horn Relay but I don't know where the location of the relay is.
