HOW DO YOU CHANGE A REAR TURN SINGAL BULB IN A 95 CAVALIER.

Remove the retaining clips and move the trunk trim /carpet to access the taillamp bulbs.
Squeeze the retaining tabs on the bulb socket and remove the socket from the lamp.
Remove the bulb from the socket.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
