1995 Chevy Cavalier Rear-end lockup and drift?

When i step on the break pedal sometimes the rear end locks up and wants to step out, and other times it doesnt its totally random when it does most of the time it doesnt what would cause that?

you may have a broken spring in the rear brakes. remove the drums and inspect them. I have also seen faulty wheel cylinders do the same
