I swerved to avoid hitting a deer and lost control of the car due to wet road conditions, my front right tire hit the curb at a slight angle and I heard a loud crack. My rim is now bent badly, and the tire itself is not sitting in the same position it originally was. Whenever I turn the steering wheel right, the outside of the front right tire rubs against the inner wheel well. When driving the vehicle it has a constant wobble I can feel even in the steering wheel. I'm not sure if maybe I busted the axle or maybe the bearings or a rod.

I'm sorry to say, if your tire is rubbing the fender, then you bent one or more of these items in addition to your rim.
Lower control arm
Steering knuckle
Tie rod end
Also you could have damaged the wheel bearings, ball joint and/or strut.
