We had real bad snow storm which made the roads bad I slid and hit a curb. Now my steering wheel is turned even when going straight it also studders while driving. I don't want to get an alignment then need other repairs later then need another alignment. What could be done to fix this problem?

At the very least I would expect a bent control arm. If you were to take it in for an alignment it wouldn't be alignable that way anyways. The front end will have to get looked at and checked for bent parts, bad bushings and for tightness. Rim may be bent also. Don't put this off as it will wipe out the tire quickly.
