1995 Chevy Cavalier Gas smell

I was wondering if you can give me a couple things to check. When my wife runs the defrost in her car there is a strong smell of gas inside the car. I checked for leaks but didn't see any. What else can I check

check around the injectors and see if there is a o ring leaking. also see if that has a fuel pressure regulator, i cant remember if it does. if it does see if it is leaking fuel into the vacuum lines
