Hi if someone checked an interchange book and told you it will not work. this means nothing will be in the right place wireing will not fit diff fuel systems your ecm won,t run it however if you have not checked an interchange book then look at both engs are they exactly the sam as in sensors bolt patterns wireing. if so it will work. i can,t see these engines so i cn only try and help you idenify them.. billymac
