1995 Chevy Cavalier ABS light comes on

My ABS light on my dash occassionly comes on. When the car is cold, I will put on my brakes and the brakes will lock. Once it warms up, the problem does not exist. What is the problem?

The only way to find out is to scan the ABS system with a scanner. While most autoparts stores will do free scans, they can only scan for "P" powertrain codes. ABS codes are "C" chassis codes.
