My turn signal was working then while ticking the ticking became long and drawn out and then it stopped working. there is no ticking sounds the inside arrows (green) are not showing up and the lights dont flash. I have replaced the turn signal mecinisum that goes by the steering wheel. I have replaced the flasher under the steering wheel concel The four way still works but not the turn signal.

By the turn signal mechanism, do you mean the turn signal multi-function switch? If you have replaced the switch and the turn signal flasher relay then there must be a fault in the wiring either to the switch or the relay.
