1994 Chevy Cavalier crossed spark plug wires

1994 Chevy Cavalier 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I think the spark plug wires are crossed on my moms car replaced spark plugs and had new wires put on now car won't start how can i tell if they are crossed.
