1994 Chevy Cavalier 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have put in a different engine and transmission but now the speedometer and the tachometer don't work. What can I do to get them to work again?

Sounds like an output speed sensor. Ohm it against a new one if the spec is not in the repair manual.
