I have a Chevy cavalier 1993, that doesn't heat up. It blows out colder and hot air

Check coolant level and adjust if needed
check and or replace thermostat
check water pump operation
most likely you low on coolant if so find out why
head gasket failure is possible on them engine they leak out coolant
good luck

The coolant is cold. We took the thermostat out because we hit a deer with the car and there isn't enough pressure in there.

Well you need the thermostat back in
that will keep the engine running at the norm temp
engine will operate at best when reach it norm temp with out the thermostat engine will run like older carburetor car would when choke is on very rich
I m sorry
I still don’t get the pressure issue
if you hit a deer I would say you may have a damage radiator
causing it to leak the coolant
you don’t solve that by removing the thermostat
