My car is stalling out when put in any gear, it starts fine and idles in park or neutral no problem, but when you shift to drive. She dies, I suspect a weak alternator because I just had had my starter replaced so I had them test my battery first, and charge it.I also heard it maybe a vacuum leak. Any ideas?

How long since a tune-up? Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Check for applicable trouble codes. Some of the national brand autostores used to loan out a fuel pressure gage, if you don't have one. You can check mil codes yourself. You place a jumper wire between terminals A & B of the data link connector. Turn the key just till the dash lites come on, no further. The mil starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes. Your looking for two digit codes. The diagram below is just to show location of terminals A & B.
