Steering problem
1992 Chevy Cavalier Engine Size unknown Wheel Drive Type unknown Manual 111111 miles

I was driving and my car wouldn't shift. It just stopped. I pulled over and had to have it towed home. I am wondering if the problem is the shifter cables? I have heard that it may be the pressure plate as well, I have no money to get it fixed and I am trying to figure out what the problem may be.
