1991 Chevy Cavalier fuel pump fuse blowing

1991 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl

fuel pump fuse blows everytime ignition switch is turned on. Have replaced fuel pump and relay. Fuse blows even with fuel pump and relay unhooked?

must be short in the fuel pump circuit, will have to trace down and inspect wiring for the fuel pump circuit. ensure no wires are damaged, bare or touching.
