Car stalled, went to turn it off and it kept running with the ingition turned off tried to restart, wouldn't start. Don't know what the problem could be. The interior light comes on but that is it no radio nothing not even the instrument panel need some help in trying to solve this problem.

Your saying it won't crank or anything? Make sure the battery has full charge and all connections, coming and going, are clean and tight on both ends. If there is a junction box where the fusible links come together, check that also. You may need to check feed to and from the ignition switch.
