the car will run only on starting fluid, replaced fuel pump and getting 43lb pressure, could it be the fuel regulator

Wrong fuel pressure and injector/s not pulsing

Do you have to feed it constantly with starting fluid to keep it running or hit it ones and run on its own?

No it will only run while spraying, it will die as soon as you take the can away

You need to check if the injector/s are working-opening and closing

No the injectors are not opening, what module runs the injectors and where would it be located on this 1990 3.1 engine

Check for power at the injector/s harness power there-the computer ground drivers are inoperative-

Yes I do have power on both wires going in to the injectors, but I held the test light on each wire while cranking and no pulsating. I really need to get this fixed. Thank you

When cranking engine over do you hear the injector/s clicking -if not its not pulsing could be a dead injector/computer ground drivers.

What are the computer ground drivers you keep refering to, could be a bad injector but probably not all 6 of them
