1990 Chevy Cavalier Brakes pad jam on the Rotor Dis

1990 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I just replacement a new pad shoes and it was stuck on the rotor disc I wonder what did i do wrong and how i fix the problem

Did the pad stick to the shoe or did it get wedged on the caliper?
