What is the torque specs for rocker arm stud on 1989 Chevrolet Cavalier Z24 2.8 engine?

If your vehicle has the 2.8L engine and the 8th digit of your VIN is "S" then it has adjustable valves and should be 1.5 turns down from zero lash.

If its any other application then rocker arm nut will be tightened to 18 Ft. Lbs. (24 Nm)
