1989 Chevy Cavalier Brake Drums

How do i remove the drums if they are stuck or won`t budge?

They can be a treat.
To break the intial bond to the hub. Stringly rap the areas between the studs with a big hammer. If you even think you might hit the studs, put the nuts on part way to protect them. After a series of hits it usually breaks the bond. If it is loos but doesn't slide off, from the backside the adjuster wheel needs to be turned in. You still may have to pry a little or strike the drum edge from the center of the car towards the outside.
