1989 Chevy Cavalier Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My 89 Chevrolet Cavalier Z24 takes awhile start. it will try to start but wont quite turn over. but after 2 or 3 tries it will. whats the problem?

not enough info....when was last tune up?...what was done ...what engine etc..
