1988 Chevy Cavalier not starting

my 1988 z24 cavalier has been sitting for about a year and a half in my garage when trying to start it, it wines over but i dont believe it is getting any gas as i cant smell any gas

if you can listen and see if the fuel pump is kicking in. also if you can see if you are getting fuel pressure at the fuel rail. also check and see if you are getting spark at the spark plugs.
