I just got this car and it had problems with stalling and the voltage and battery light and check engine light would go on, and i found out that it was the alternator. After getting 2 of them replaced it started to drive like a champ. Now it stalls out here and there but no check lights go on. I read my repair manual and it led me to believe it was the egr valve. It said to test it by pushing on the diaphram, and to see if it is hard. I did that but im not sure if its bad or not. Do you think that the egr valve could be the problem? And if so, how can i check to make sure?
