I resently replaced the whole unit, it worked for about a week, then failed. It does not completely disengage the clutch from the flywheel. I replaced with 2 more units, purchased from GM dealer and they don"t work. Any suggestions?

Hello,

OK, you say you replaced the whole unit. What do you mean by whole unit? The Clutch Master Cylinder? The Clutch Slave Cylinder? Or Both? If you only replaced one of them then it is possible that the other one failed. Also did you try rebleeding the system?

One other thing how many miles are on the clutch itself? It could be that the clutch fork or throw out bear could be causing the problem.
