Engine Mechanical problem
1988 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Automatic
For a while now when I press the gas it dies unless i pump the gas. The car will idle just fine when the car is in park but if i put it in reverse or drive it will die unless i pump the gas. This problem does not happen all the time. My family and i replaced the fuel filter thinking it might be bad and it was it only helped for about a day. We rechecked it to make sure it was not clogged again and it was not. Please help my family and I can not figure out what is wrong with it.
