1996 Chevy Caprice pcm/eeprom

Pcm's can be calibrated in or out of the vehicle. You just need the proper program to do it and usually it'a at a dealer. Before doing this however, check to see if there are any codes that point to something else. Any auto parts store can do this if you can get the car there. Also just beccause a manual says that is the problem may not be so. Are all theconnectors connected? Is power going to the pcm? Check that stuff first. Or take it to a pro that will have other resources to check to fix your car
