1996 Chevy Caprice No brake lights or turn signals

My car has lights but no brake lights or turn signals checked fuses an they are ok is there a relay fuse for the brake an turn signals someone said it's the brake switch so what do y'all think is my problem. Thank for the help

Have the turn and hazard switch inspect and tested these circuits goes thru this switch
