1995 Chevy Caprice sputtering

My 1995 chevy caprice runs great at idle but starts to sputter when pulling off and while going down the road. If I mash on th gas, it hesitates sometimes and other times it just gets up and go

Check the following---spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributer cap and rotor, fuel filter, air filter, Catalitic converter, intake vaccum leak and the PCV valve.
