i have a 95 caprice LT1
i had one side of da head replace (for whateva reason) and when i got the car back erything was fine. days later i notice da steering wheel wit get real tight after like 2 or 3 miles of drivin. but before it wasnt doin dat. da shop said it was doin dat but it wasnt, now i work on cars my self but i had to go to work and couldnt do it myself so i paid a shop to do it for me.. but now like i said da wheel get tight after drivin like da belt isnt on da pump.. any idea's

First, I would check the fluid level and inspect all the hoses. A hose could be have been inadvertantly twisted or kinked and restrict flow. Also check for any leaks.
