Welcome to the forum, did you check for voltage and ground at the fuel pump connector? My info also shows an oil pressure switch in the fuel pump circuit. If that switch has voltage and is functioning, once you crank it enough to bring up oil pressure and the switch closes, the pump should run, even with out the fuel pump relay. You can also check circuits at fuel pump relay. The o/p switch on this vehicle is just a redundant power supply to the pump, can not kill the engine or keep it from starting, as long as the relay circuits are functional.
