My tail lights and turnin signal work but my brake lights dobt. I checked all fuses relay brake light switch. But wen I turn on my hazard lights they flicker very dim instead of flash and when I drive its a very strong gas smell I have flowmaster so I dont think its the cat

Does the high-mount brake lite work? That lamp is wired a little differently than the lower brake lites. The lower brake lites are wired through the turn switch.
