Electrical problem
1992 Chevy Caprice V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Tachometer spins to right - to high revs and stays there. Vehicle is Caprice LTZ with digital speedometer.
Is there a fix for this or will I have to instal a complete instrument panel?

normally when digital dashes have something go wrong the dash has to be removed and either replaced or sent in for repair.
