I think i have a short my Radio always goes really low after about 10 minutes and the power windows rarely ever work anybody know what the problem is?

MY thinking is that yu shoul check the battery and altinator. Have you had any trouble starting the car after you had driven it? Try this first to see if it could bwe the altinator or the battery With car running disconnect one of the battery terminals If the engine stops , Have the altinator and battery checked.
