The alternator wont charge the battery and it is a brand new battery. The alternator has been checked by Napa Auto Parts. They said its fine. What could be my problem and how do i fix it?

you could have a burnt up fusible link not allowing the alternator to charge or there could be an inlin fuse near the alternator that is blown doing the same thing. Also if this is not a serpentine drive belt system the belt may not be tight enough. get a test light and see if there is any power going to teh alternator. there should be with the key onl.........
