1989 Chevy Caprice instrument panel lights

i installed a radio in my caprice yesterday and accidentally hit the constant hot to the ground and blew the radio fuse. so i replaced it and come to find i had no instrument panel lights so i checked another fuse and replaced the tail lmp fuse and still nothing. also i had no heat till i replaced the second fuse. what else or other fuses might it be that i am missing?

fuse is just about the only thing that could be the problem
