1989 Chevy Caprice 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 147k miles

replace fuel pump 3 wks ago car ran good
car stop running check all engine elecatical
everthing fine check fuel pressure only
5 psi fuel pump running can hear it running

there must be a problem with the new pump, or the hose between the pump to the sending unit piping.
