Dear Sir,

When I turned on the heater, it's working good but when I switch the lever to DEFROST to clear the windshield in the morning, it does'nt work. In your expertise, what will be probably the problem WHY it is NOT DEFROSTING?

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP SIR.

Hi:
I believe on your vehicle there is a cable that changes the direction of the airflow by opening and closing a vent door. What you need to do is remove the control assembly and follow the cable to make sure it isn't disconnected or the vent door isn't damaged. You may be able to check by looking under the dash and not removing the control panel.

Let me know what you find.
