1986 Chevy Caprice Windshield Wipers won't cut off...

What's up?I have a 1986 Chevy Caprice Brougham,and for some reason my wipers will not turn off and its so annoying to the point where I removed the fuse,what should I do about this?

you most likely need a new wiper motor.
some parts stores may be able to sell you just the "park" module and circuit board.
